Job Description
- Draws up the Sales and Marketing Plans annually together with General Managers of the hotels.
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Sales departments, providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets.
- Develops business across all segments, including Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
Qualifications
- Previous Director/Manager leadership experience within sales and marketing required. Cluster role experience would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.
