As the Director of Alternative Infrastructure at SROA Capital, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities for our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding our infrastructure portfolio through the aggregation of cellphone towers, wireless leases, solar projects, billboards, and fiber for both current and future properties. You will oversee various infrastructure initiatives to support our company's growth and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with alternative entities to drive revenue, including wireless network operators, tower owners, fiber providers, solar projects, electrical charging stations, third-party network vendors, and billboard tenants and developers.
  • Create strategies that align with SROA's business objectives, ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure systems.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management and executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the SROA team by collaborating with operations, local management teams, and account management.
  • Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts and enhance portfolio exposure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Management preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, real estate acquisitions, finance, or asset management.
  • 5 years of experience in wireless infrastructure, network real estate, site acquisition, and/or leasing.
  • Experience in investment underwriting, financial analysis, modeling, and preparing written investment recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to meeting deadlines are essential. Must be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills required.
  • Expected to travel 25% of the time.
