North Star American Bistro is looking to add an experienced evening bartender, passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing the best guest experience, to join our already seasoned team. As a qualified bartender, you will be able to create consistent cocktails, provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to customers, while keeping a clean and well-organized space.

Position Requirements -
- 2+ years of previous bartending or serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Must have at minimum, availability to work three shifts (Monday through Saturday) from 3:00pm to 10:00pm
- Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning
- Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
- Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately
We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.
We are also closed every Sunday and most holidays .
Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week).
