VP, Real Estate Finance & Analytics

Our client is an investment firm. They seek a VP, Real Estate Finance & Analytics to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with various teams to prepare quarterly reporting, analyze performance, etc.
• Manage the production of FP&A forecasts and coordinate the submissions for the global opportunistic real estate business.
• Drive strategic automation projects and assist in enhancing the group’s reporting processes, procedures, and analytics.
• Calculate and review fund-level key performance metrics as well as sensitive ones, including IRRs and track records.
• Coordinate the consolidation of various reporting across the global platform.
• Prepare and review presentations and memorandums for senior management.
• Contribute to the preparation of RE strategic plans and business analysis.
• Support the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations teams during the quarterly earnings process.
• Provide support during SEC financial reporting preparation and review deliverables for quarterly filings.
• Carry out ad hoc analyses to assess the impact of material market events on the portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience.
• Knowledge of performance reporting, FP&A, strategic analysis, etc.
• REIT industry background preferred.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technically savvy.
