Position Summary At OnePoint HRO our Human Capital Consultants (HCCs) are essential members of our sales team, driving our unprecedented revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized consulting solutions that address our clients' unique human capital challenges. This role requires an understanding of human resources, talent management, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies for our clients. As an HCC for OnePoint HRO, your primary responsibility will be to sell our solution directly and indirectly within a designated geographic territory. The ideal candidate will consistently meet and exceed projected sales targets. This role demands being fearless at self-promotion and prospecting to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities through both direct, self-generated leads and indirect channels. 

Responsibilities  

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify and target potential new clients and referral sources through outbound prospecting and channel development, utilizing the telephone, local networking, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Leadership Team.
  • Execute strategies to gain access to and build relationships with key decision makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct business needs assessment to understand clients’ human capital challenges and create tailored solutions for each prospective client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including subject matter experts, to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate the value of OnePoint HRO to successfully engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and lead prospects through the entire sales cycle, from inception to close, including post-sale implementation. This includes negotiating the scope of services and pricing, as well as completing all required contracts and forms.
  • Invest in ongoing education to become a knowledgeable expert, including staying informed on industry trends, product capabilities, challenges, best practices, verticals, and more.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Uphold activity standards.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

 High School Diploma

  • 2+ years sales experience - PEO or Payroll sales preferred 
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, with the ability to prospect new business and develop channel partners.
  • Experience selling to business owners or the C-Suite.
  • Ability to manage a long decision process with C-level decision makers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with an ongoing commitment to personal development.
  • Team player and purposeful collaborator, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high motivation, and a high standard of performance while pursuing established goals.
  • Self-aware and open to feedback and coaching.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR outsourcing concepts.

  • Unquestionable business ethics and a clear commitment to doing the right thing.
  • Experience in HCM, Payroll or other HR outsourced sales is a plus.
