Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance at campus/program by enforcing rules, modeling positive behavior, and serving as mentor for young people.
• Oversee daily operations of program including completing necessary paperwork such as daily logs, incident reports, transporting and medication administration as necessary.
• Organize and facilitate recreational activities including games, physical fitness, and scheduled events daily.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Minimum age 21
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent plus willingness to complete on-the-job training
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Must have a driver's license and pass a background check
• Available to show documentation of select immunizations
• One to two years of experience working with youth (volunteer or paid)
• degree in human services or related field
