Manager, Nonprofit Tax - Remote

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and drive strategy development for the nonprofit practice
• Review nonprofit entity returns and provide constructive feedback to the team
• Conduct tax research and advise clients on various tax issues
• Develop and motivate engagement teams through mentorship and coaching
• Seek opportunities to expand leadership within the firm

Qualifications:

• Deep experience with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) clients is required; additional experience with other nonprofit organizations is preferred
• 8+ years of recent experience in public accounting, including supervising project teams and establishing effective partnerships with clients
• CPA certification
