Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is currently seeking a highly motivated Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to be a part of our Amazing Luxury Team! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional to join one of Richmond’s Top Workplaces!!! We are seeking individuals who areexcited by automotive finance and has a strong focus on delivering the BEST in customer service to our premiere luxury guest.The ideal candidate will have at least Two years or more of stable employment in Automotive Finance. Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
- Generate finance income on all sold customers
- Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Solicit extended warranty sales
- Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
Requirements
- A minimum of Two years of Automotive Finance Experience (REQUIRED)
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
