Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee all human resources operations within our regional facilities. This role is vital in ensuring the effectiveness of our HR functions, from recruitment and training to compliance and employee relations, supporting our growth and maintaining our commitment to a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  4. Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure alignment with business needs and culture.
  5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  6. Oversee and manage regional HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission.
  7. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and oversee HR legal compliance in the region.
  9. Conduct employee training programs on a variety of topics, including health and safety, professional development, and team building.

Qualifications

  1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  2. Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, etc.).
  3. Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
  4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  5. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  9. Strong ethics and reliability.
  10. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or relevant field; further training in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.
  11. HR credentials (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
