Overview:
Chick-fil-A Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A Restaurants receive safe and reliable product in a manner that flows as seamlessly with restaurant operations as possible.
As a Senior Lead Analyst on the Supply Chain Inventory Product team, you will influence our success by defining and measuring Key Performance Indicators, communicating and delivering actionable insights, translating business requirements into analytics solutions, and ensuring user adoption of analytics tools delivered. The Lead Analyst supporting the Inventory Product team will apply analytical techniques to help drive operational efficiencies in Perfect Order performance, Forecast Accuracy, upstream Inventory holding positions, and network/distribution strategy.
This individual will directly support and coordinate analytical work across multiple high-level leaders to provide insights for strategic decision-making and action. They will develop and maintain complex models and dashboards, combining various external and internal data sources to derive insights. This experienced individual will plan and direct their own projects, while also providing technical leadership and consultation to co-workers. This individual may also help select and oversee outside partners.

Responsibilities:
The person who fills this role will be expected to do the following as a part of their regular work responsibilities:
Develop key performance indicators and integrate them across various Supply Chain functions
Lead the establishment and alignment of critical operational reporting
Confidently leverage a broad suite of standard analytics tooling that may require unique or complex integrations across systems while coaching others to do the same, including Tableau, Databricks, and AWS services
Works comfortably with large and complex datasets that span multiple areas of the organization, and understands how to blend and model data effectively; likely serves as the business steward for a number of potentially sensitive domain-specific data assets
Use statistical modeling and critical problem-solving to uncover business insights
Acts as subject matter expert for standard data usage patterns, analytics tooling and analytic methods and procedures while coaching others within the analytics community to do the same
Plan and conduct analytical assignments with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision on outcomes
May assist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and results
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or Mathematics related fields
Excellent SQL programming skills
Comfortable working with cloud storage and compute services, specifically Databricks and Amazon Web Services
Expert in Tableau or similar data visualization tool
Proficient with data preparation and blending using Python, R or other ETL platforms or languages
Demonstrated ability to produce scalable and repeatable analytic processes
Strong applied knowledge of basic and advanced statistical concepts
Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders at multiple levels using strong written and verbal communication
Applied knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience
Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or Mathematics related fields
Experience leading or coaching others in data, analytics, or other technical skills
Demonstrated experience building predictive or prescriptive analytics solutions
Comfort with scalable cloud compute capabilities and alternatives
Complex data process automation experience
