Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Insight: Understand the intricacies of our key accounts, their industry, and business operations to provide tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and ensure a high renewal rate.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges faced by the client promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Reporting: Monitor account metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and continually refine strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Based anywhere in the US.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
  • Experience in working with AI technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in sales positions or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
