Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Strategic Insight: Understand the intricacies of our key accounts, their industry, and business operations to provide tailored solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and ensure a high renewal rate.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges faced by the client promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Reporting: Monitor account metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and continually refine strategies based on feedback and results.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
Requirements
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Based anywhere in the US.
- Experience in working with AI technologies and platforms.
- Experience in sales positions or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
