As a Sales Director with Element, you can:

  • Impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business.
  • Drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by managing an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future clients are strategically developed.

Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges.

A Day in the Life

  1. Generate new deal leads and prospects via cold calling
  2. Actively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified
  3. Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and clients
  4. Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals
  6. Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement, and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure
  7. Price loans and leases and services using pricing model and prepare client proposals

Requirements

  • True hunter mentality; new business development focused
  • BS or BA in business or related field required
  • 5-7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services.
  • Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within assigned (home) territory
  • Preferred experience in financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position
  • Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management
  • Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
