About the role

Role Overview

3Qi Labs, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Software Developer based in Santa Clara, CA. To design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures and develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, and building automation test-suite of large-scale wholesale banking applications. Identify, analyze, implement, and initiate the Automation Buildout using the Baseline Awetest Automation Framework for each of the projects.

Opportunity Overview

Responsible for developing requirements traceability matrix and production readiness checklist documents to support overall implementation activities and supported data integration activities before the release. Manage test planning, Test execution, reporting and tracking defects using defect management tools and coordinating with onsite and offshore developers. Identify and list the test scenarios where automation coverage is needed and define the Test metrics for automation during each release fix/enhancements ensuring Quality of systems. Perform User Acceptance Testing, Functional, Backend, API testing system and Regression testing for each release.

Maintain the Test automation suites by developing automated Test script feature files on each requirement, debugging for any test Execution job failures for each Release in Awetest Automation tool. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly sprint meetings to discuss workflow and defects while testing. Position requires 50% national travel.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
