Review engineered plans for the issuance of utility permits. Schedule appointments, field investigations, and inspections. Dispatch field personnel. Initiate online service orders. Establish the basis for new accounts. Keep associated connect records and logs, Perform data entry in support of meter repair service orders and the Cross Connection Control Program (backflow prevention).
