ERG is seekinga full-time Management Analyst with mid- to senior-level experience to support IT testing, configuration management, requirements documentation, and reporting for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. While primarily a remote position, occasional travel will be required for this position to a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, performing end-user testing, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve end-user experience.

Job Description:
- Gather and document basic requirements for new IT development
- Perform end-user testing on IT applications developed in SharePoint and PowerBI with strong attention to detail
- Perform configuration management tasks, including configuration identification, configuration control, and associated documentation
- Issue reports and provide basic interpretations of large data sets, including those with financial information
- Facilitate effective team meetings between other analysts and developers
- Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and workflows
- Create how-to guides and trainings for end-users on applications and workflows
- Deliver assistance and guidance to end-users as needed
- Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Extensive related experience may be considered in place of a related degree
- 5+ years of experience in an IT development environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel and Dataverse
- Experience with web-based data management and application tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Platform
- Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience working with DoD systems is a plus
- Have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
