Chara Christian Dance Academy is hiring a full time Customer Service Manager to work with students and families in South Houston's largest dance and music studio. The mission of this position is deliver quality, high value customer service that impacts students of all ages and their families through the performing arts. Results will be measured by the meeting of student retention and enjoyment.
You will work directly with our Director of Operations and will lead of team of front line staff, to cultivate a customer service program that lasts our students and their families a lifetime!
You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, responsible, enjoy working in a face-paced environment, love kids and adults, and want to GROW.
An easy to work with personality is a must as well as the desire to be a team player within a top class team.
Qualifications:
Completed or pursuing a degree preferred
Prior customer service experience
Management experience in youth services and/or dance education
Bilingual preferred
Must be willing to work occasional evenings/weekends

- Fast, efficient and proficient work.

Compensation: Starting at $23 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution. Retirement and health benefit potential as well.
