Key Account Manager – Metal Packaging

Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a large metal packaging company, looking to expand their sales team with a key account manager.

Job Profile

1. You are the direct point of contact for important direct customers and represent their concerns within the organisation.
2. You continuously develop the business relationship by conducting an ongoing need analysis.
3. You provide technical support and assistance in problem-solving, working closely with project managers, developers, designers, and the sales support team.
4. You proactively monitor and accompany ongoing customer projects from identification to completion.
5. You create proposals with customer-oriented solutions, considering and interpreting technical specifications.
6. You conduct price and contract negotiations and document them.

Profile Of Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or comparable qualification.
2. You have several years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated products, ideally in the field of bulk material systems, container construction, or comparable material handling solutions.
3. You have experience in technologically demanding internal and external project management.
4. You possess convincing communication, presentation, and persuasion skills and a strong customer orientation.
5. You have intercultural experience and are willing to travel internationally.
6. You are fluent in both spoken and written German & English.
7. You are proficient in using common MS-Office & CRM software.
