Job Summary:
Manage logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.

Job Description:

1. Manage and evaluate 3rd party warehouse company as well as freight forwarder.
2. Develop budget parameters for 3rd party warehouse and inbound transactions.
3. Analyze data and generate monthly reports, comparing forecasts to actual.
4. Communicate with ISR to find best solution for outbound shipment from warehouse to customers.
5. Monitor in-bound materials from Asia affiliates and coordinate with third party custom clearance.
6. Manage 3PM companies for in-bound and out-bound logistics.
7. Maintain POD (proof of delivery) from warehouse, coordinating with warehouse.
8. Develop and maintain new routes from warehouse to customers.
9. Develop and improve logistics processes with sales team.
10. Share trends of logistics with sales team.
11. Support contingency planning related to logistics.
12. Support HQ’s requests related to logistics.
13. Manage ERP system as well as warehouse (WMS) system.
14. Verify logistics charges with accounting team to ensure invoices match payments.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of business processes, data analysis, quality control in logistics.
2. At least five years of experience in customer service, managing customer’s broker, third-party logistics, and as a logistics specialist.
3. Experience utilizing inventory management software and order fulfillment software.
4. Highly efficient in managing tasks, including the ability to handle short- and long-term projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
5. Highly functional in Microsoft Excel; functional in PowerPoint and Word.
6. Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
