Sales Executive - San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 per year plus commission
Available Locations: Sacramento, The Bay Area (San Francisco), Los Angeles, Riverside, CA, Orange County
Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a Sales Executive for a pharmacy service and technology company based in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and be willing to travel.

About The Job: This entails travel, strategic planning, and business development. We are looking for individuals passionate about establishing partnerships and implementing strategies that help our client and their customers to improve medication management and adherence within care facilities throughout California.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities for the pharmacies they support in annual revenue goals.
- Identify potential business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Communicate effectively with skilled nursing and assisted living care organizations to assess market needs and position company service and technology solutions.
- Work closely with the leadership to finalize contracting and coordinate onboarding of new accounts with the pharmacy team upon securing service commitments from clients.
- Utilize market information to develop strategic territory plans. Execute plans efficiently, budgeting time effectively, and target high-potential prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the local pharmacy team to maintain customer base and strengthen customer relationships by providing ongoing support and value through products and services.
- Communicate with other pharmacy team members to uncover leads and resolve customer service concerns.
- Adhere to administrative procedures for sales, contracting, and reporting, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Successfully complete all components of sales training, implement sales processes and procedures (such as pre-call planning) into everyday practice.
- Participate in local, state, and national industry trade shows as required to grow assigned area of responsibility.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Conduct job responsibilities following the standards set out in the policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of prior sales experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years of prior healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, consumer products and services/solutions sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience in Lead Generation, B2B and Cold Calling is highly preferred.
- Experience in Outside Sales is highly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 70%.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, technology proficient, organized, and possess good oral communication skills.
