Multimedia Sales Account Executive

Salem Surround, a division of Salem Media Group, is seeking a highly motivated Multimedia Sales Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will sell and manage our multi-media marketing solutions to local small and medium-sized businesses, including radio, digital, and event sales. Success in this role will be measured by reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, as well as developing new business opportunities to exceed client expectations.

• Prospect for local and regional business and analyze client needs
• Stay current on local digital marketing trends and opportunities
• Create and present strategic marketing proposals for key accounts
• Accurately project revenues to meet and exceed monthly and annual budgets

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media
• Extensive knowledge of digital products and market positioning
• Proven ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of clients
