As a Senior Manager IT Marketing Technology you will be responsible for leading a team in the planning and execution of marketing system development, implementation, improvement, and maintenance. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and IT leadership in marketing system platform selection. You will oversee the management of all marketing and e-commerce platforms to include data collection from all consumer touch points. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing and strategic operations objectives are met by employing a complete and integrated set of marketing technology platforms, maximizing effectiveness and efficiency.

- Defines the strategy and roadmap for the full marketing and e-commerce technology platform(s). Determines the suitability and value proposition of new technology platforms for planned business initiatives.
- Oversees the development and improvement of the technology framework that supports the integration of enterprise customer response process through various customer services channels.
- Ensures consumer marketing platforms deliver on marketing strategic and operations objectives.
- Enhances the central marketing data platform that provides a complete view of the consumer.
- In partnership with stakeholders in marketing and IT leads the research, evaluation, platform selection, implementation and improvement efforts of marketing technologies.
- Translates the needs of marketing into viable business requirements for execution by the IT team.
- Serves as a member of the data governance steering committee responsible for driving enterprise data strategy.
- Works closely with data management, infrastructure and development groups to ensure required data and systems are in place to meet the enterprise's Marketing Technology needs.
- Ensures data is widely adopted and consumed by receiving platforms.
- Drives the capture and storage of consumer data from multiple sources. Ensures that all captured data is easily accessible and usable. Monitors, expands and connects multiple data streams to tools for reporting and advanced analytics.
- Supports the selection and oversight of data management platforms to enable analytics and insights teams.
- Creates and drives a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintains organizational excitement for adoption of new marketing technology.
- Prioritizes investments in marketing technology for the enterprise.
- Drives adoption and deployment of marketing technology platforms across organization and agencies including awareness building, training, and usage monitoring.
- Creates, owns and implements standardized and repeatable processes and platform standards.
- Manages vendor relations for marketing technologies and platform partners. Understands vendor roadmaps and drives new initiatives with these vendors. Ensures platforms and agencies comply with Gallo technology, security, and usage standards.
- Stays abreast on current trends and emerging capabilities, technologies and providers across the ecosystem and how they could drive business advantages for Gallo.
- Provides strategic thought leadership in theB areas of marketing technology to include content management, digital asset management, marketing automation, analytics and eCommerce.
- Actively participates in use case development based on ecosystem and industry insights.
- Sets and manages performance expectations for direct reports.
- Oversees career development and performance management of staff.
- Identifies and obtains staff capabilities needed to accomplish organizational directives.
- Monitors and ensures achievement of performance goals and objectives either directly or through subordinate staff.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others responsible for their understanding and compliance.
- Develops, coaches and mentors peers, indirect and subordinate staff.

- Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems plus 6 years of IT experience to include research or analytics, planning and testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, or installation reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems plus 8 years of IT experience to include research or analytics, planning and testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, or installation reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate and 12 years of IT experience to include research or analytics, planning and testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, or installation reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Supervisory/managerial experience.
- Experience managing e-commerce, CRM, and/or other marketing technology teams and implementation projects.
- Experience designing and building digital marketing and e-commerce processes and strategies.
- Experience developing product and project roadmaps.
- Possess a strong grasp and point of view on current and emerging digital trends, tools, and suppliers.
- Experience with multi-channel technology experience that combines e-commerce with brick-and-mortar retail.
- Experience with content management, customer relationship management, experience management, email marketing and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, visualization, and data structure tools.
- Consumer and digital marketing experience, planning, measurement and execution.
- Digital product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems plus 10 years of IT experience to include research or analytics, planning and testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, or installation reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
- Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems plus 8 years of IT experience to include research or analytics, planning and testing, debugging, documenting, maintenance, or installation reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- 5 years of Marketing Technology experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and development, specifically with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience implementing a marketing technology platform and driving adoption through the organization.
- Technical experience with MarTech platform integrations and/or migrations.
- Experience managing and securing consumer data in compliance with State and National Regulations.
- B2C (Business to Consumer) experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey the platform vision to executive and technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile software development practices and methodologies.
- Able to and facilitate collection of requirements and write requirements documents.
