Dexian is assisting their client in the High Point area with a need in their Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the accounting operations for the company and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.


Oversees and directs the effective implementation and administration of all different HR activities (Strategic HRM, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits) and initiatives for the entire company.


Duties/Activities Required By Job


  • Provide direction and support to department to ensure all major HR activities (Strategic HRM, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits) and internal processes are fully aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with internal customers to ensure our ER practices are fostering a safe and friendly work environment, necessary to promote a culture of excellence while maintaining full compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Direct and support initiatives intended to maintain expected levels of staffing while improving retention.
  • Provides direction and support to team (Employee Relations, Medical, Retention, HR Administrators and Benefits administration) and support company's developmental directives and programs intended to strengthen bench and facilitate timely succession.
  • Develops all policies, programs and regulations for entire company
  • HR reporting at Complex level
  • Draft all media, press releases and newsletters
