Job DescriptionA global retail company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Mason, OH for a contract to hire opportunity. This person will be working in a hybrid environment coming into the office 2 days a week. Their main responsibilities will include the following.A part of global point of sale roll out project focusing on internal and external applications.Lead business requirements gathering process by responsibly collecting, analyzing, reviewing, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the proposed solutions meet business requirements.Employ techniques to elicit information e.g. business process mapping/modeling, As-Is/To-Be business process analysis, functional and non-functional system requirements.Document work, including change requests and functional specifications, and manage changes to documentation.Test system changes/enhancements related to assigned business processes to ensure changes satisfy business requirements with no negative impact.Assist in the development of end user documentation including help document instructions and release notes.Maintains effective communication with internal business partners and vendors to ensure business needs are met.Half of each day will be spent on meetings with Business UsersWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
