Our paid media agency client in Scottsdale is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities as a Marketing Analyst :
-Set up and manage conversion tracking across multiple channels, ensuring ongoing accuracy for all clients
-Provide proactive oversight of conversion tracking and automation setups, addressing any issues
-Document technical setups and processes for reference and communication with internal teams and clients
-Collaborate with various departments to align tracking setups with business goals and client needs
-Understand data flow to create visualizations that help the wider team. For example, using Zapier to pass UTM keyword data into a client CRM and creating a useful visualization in the CRM for insights and trends
-Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Tag Assistant, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Looker Studio
-Provide support with client CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Marketo) and server-side tracking
Requirements as a Marketing Analyst :
-3+ years of experience with Analytics & measurement tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Tag Manager
-3+ years of experience creating visualizations and mapping data in Google Looker Studio or similar such as PowerBI or Tableau
-Deep understanding in setting up, managing and troubleshooting data collection cookies, pixels and conversion tracking from various digital platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Programmatic)
-Proven experience in setting up attribution for paid media channels in CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.
-Experience implementing pixels and attribution in call tracking software such as CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, or similar
-Experience with data connectors like Zapier, Funnel, SuperMetrics, etc.
-Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce is preferred
-Experience with 3rd party analytics and tag manager tools like Heap, Mixpanel, Tealium, Segment, is preferred
-Experience with Custom Webhooks for form attribution is preferred
-Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL is preferred
-Knowledge and experience with server-side tracking is a plus
-Knowledge and experience with AI models is a plus
