Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Meeting with clients, determining their needs and requirements, providing strategic advice, and managing their assets accordingly.
2. Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports.
3. Creating, organizing, and managing client portfolios.
4. Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures.
5. Developing strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses.
6. Reviewing policies and making recommendations for potential adjustments.
7. Researching relevant markets and identifying trends and patterns.
8. Collaborating with the asset management team, company analysts, and senior executives.
9. Liaising and negotiating with fund directors, property managers, attorneys, auditors, etc.

Required Skills:

• At least 2+ years of experience in managing Lab infrastructure.
• Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
• Experience in Asset Manager role in Defense Sector is preferred.
• Have to go through DOD Clearance.
