Territory: Sanbon County, Miner County, Lake County, Aurora County, Davison County, Hanson County, McCook County, Minnehaha County, Moody County, Brookings County, and Kingsbury County, South Dakota.
What will you be doing?
- Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory.
- Build and foster a team culture that values, recognizes, and generates a business-oriented, customer-focused approach.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential Certified Advisors and GHX Specialists.
- Measure Sales Team performance and evaluate competencies for each employee.
- Create business plans and establish a consistent cadence throughout the year with GHX.
- Manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines for GHX Specialists and assigned territory.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team; agricultural sales experience preferred.
- A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and leadership skills.
- Demonstrating proficiency in collaboratively creating marketing strategies and executing them to a high standard.
- Candidate must live in the territory.
