Director of Digital Marketing

Hillpointe seeks an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across all platforms for Hillpointe and the Pointe Grand Apartment Home portfolio. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and resident engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, paid digital media, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the goals of Hillpointe and Pointe Grand Apartment Homes, including brand awareness, lead generation, and resident retention.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and properties, maintaining the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO optimized.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads to our properties, utilizing a mix of digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Paid Digital Media: Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, display ads, PPC, and other paid channels, ensuring maximum ROI and effective audience targeting.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, and other digital assets, to engage potential and current residents.
  • SEO/SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to ensure prospective residents find our properties easily, continuously optimizing for better search rankings and performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners, including ad agencies, content creators, and web developers, to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the multifamily or real estate industry
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems
  • Experience in managing paid digital media campaigns and optimizing for ROI
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology
