Are you a high-performing sales executive with a deep understanding and experience in selling IT services? We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team and drive business development and client acquisition in the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead client acquisition efforts as a sales executive.
  2. Achieve revenue growth by expanding key accounts.
  3. Drive sales of IT services.
  4. Utilize your experience in the Alabama market, with additional knowledge of Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, and Mississippi being a plus.
  5. Sell enterprise services (Integration, Analytics, Managed Services) and digital transformation services (IoT, Big Data & Cloud, Mobility, etc.).
  6. Apply a consultative approach to software solution sales.
  7. Leverage your local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts.
  8. Deliver value-based, outcome-driven solution sales.
  9. Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  10. Manage a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements.
  11. Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas year-over-year.

Qualifications

  1. 10-15 years of experience in sales, specifically in IT services.
  2. Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  3. Extensive knowledge of the Alabama market.
  4. Experience in selling enterprise and digital transformation services.
  5. Strong consultative sales approach.
  6. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  7. Consistent high performance in achieving sales targets.
