General Manager

Work week is 5 days a week, 50 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends.

Culver's, a renowned brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction at our store. Join us in continuing the legacy of serving delicious ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant staff.
• Responsible for leading and managing the team.
• Responsible for the operational and financial success of the restaurant.
• Interviewing & completing onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Completing a truck order and developing an assistant manager to do truck orders while overseeing it.
• Completing a crew schedule.
• Completing Monday morning inventory and analyzing Actual vs Theoretical.
• Identifying opportunities as a store after analyzing the P&L statement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.

Store Manager Qualifications

• Handle high volume sales (5+ million annually in sales).
• ServSafe certificate.
• 7+ years in the restaurant industry with 5 years in a GM role.
• Teamworking skills.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm.
• Executive skills.
• Showing initiative.
• Setting a good example.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
