Job Description
- Prepare architectural drawings for new construction and remodeling projects
- Assist in tasks related to rezoning and building codes
- Make bids on potential building projects
- Engage in architecture and interior design
- Review and manage MEPS Engineering
Required Qualifications
- U.S. college/university graduate including Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD Degree (or expected graduation)
- Actively recruiting international students studying in the U.S.
- Experience in English-speaking countries
- Fully proficient in business Korean and English
- Education or experience in architecture or real estate development
