Senior Grant Accountant - Waltham, MA
We are assisting our client with their search for a Senior Grant Accountant. This is a true temp-to-permanent opportunity that requires an understanding of the federal\/university grant operations and knowledge of relevant sponsor regulations.
Responsibilities :

• Monitors accounts receivable balances
• Grant close-out process
• Grant reporting schedules - update and maintaining them
• Prepared invoices
• Follows up on cash collections
• Perform all award accounting, monthly and annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
• Assist with preparation for audits
• Ensure compliance with internal and external controls and conditions set by each grant sponsor
