About the Role: As Vice President of Demand Generation, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be a key player in the Marketing Leadership Team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across various functions to establish a robust demand generation engine that drives our aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Generation: Drive all demand generation activities, including paid media, web, SEO, email, ABM, and events to achieve pipeline goals.
  2. Marketing Operations: Ensure seamless execution and data-driven decision-making across demand generation efforts.
  3. Event Strategy: Develop and execute an annual events plan to optimize brand awareness and demand.
  4. Strategic Planning: Align demand-generation strategies with corporate objectives for measurable growth.
  5. Performance Optimization: Continuously refine tactics to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
  6. Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team in demand generation, ABM, and event operations.
  7. Stakeholder Education: Act as a marketing thought leader, fostering partnerships with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  8. Innovation: Implement creative and innovative demand generation strategies.

About You: You are a strategic and creative leader with a passion for driving demand and operational excellence. You thrive on building high-performing teams and achieving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 15+ years of demand generation experience, including 5+ years in a senior role at a B2B SaaS or high-tech company.
  3. Proven strategic leadership with a growth-focused mindset.
  4. Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
  5. Exceptional team management and coaching abilities.

The approximate annual compensation range is $265,000.00 - $310,000.00. The actual offer will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
