We are looking for a driven and analytical Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
Job Overview:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and generate leads in the personal injury sector and SaaS. You will oversee a team that has respected focuses in business development and events, digital marketing and social, ensuring cohesive and effective execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of high-level strategic planning and detailed tactical execution, driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and manage targeted marketing plans to build brand awareness and nurture leads throughout the sales and marketing funnel.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and client needs.
  2. Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor the business development associate, digital marketing specialist, and social media specialist, fostering professional growth and achieving team objectives.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, driving accountability for deliverables.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    • Develop and enhance partnerships with affiliate marketing channels, focusing on collaboration with non-personal injury firms.
  4. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Manage the marketing tech stack, providing insights and reporting on campaign performance and market trends using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive trends and opportunities, becoming the subject matter expert in the personal injury landscape.
  5. Customer Experience:
    • Design and implement compelling customer journeys that convert prospects into clients and advocates, ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms.
  6. Brand Management:
    • Oversee all elements of brand marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels, collaborating with internal and external partners to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to roll out programs quickly and effectively, assisting in tactical execution and project management as needed.
Ideal Experience Profile:
  • Proven experience marketing in SaaS, legal, or related environments.
  • Success in demand generation at a rapidly growing company (ideally in the $25M - $100M range).
  • Strong expertise in B2C and DTC marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing customer acquisition through SEO and SEM, with a track record of reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and developing affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Ability to establish credibility with executive leadership and contribute to corporate strategy, particularly in relation to growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Demand Generation Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven lead generation expertise and experience managing marketing campaigns.
  • Seasoned people manager with excellent people and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator (written & verbal) with all levels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized and skilled in Excel.
  • Motivated, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with social media marketing, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
