Apply today and join a dynamic team!High School Diploma or GED1+ year’s proven experience in metal assembly, fabrication, or a related fieldTechnical training in manufacturing or metalworking a plus!Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with assembly tools and machineryAbility to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsAssemble metal components according to detailed work instructions and blueprintsOperate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble parts accurately and efficientlyInspect and verify the quality of components before and after assembly to meet stringent quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues promptly to minimize production downtimeCollaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met while maintaining a high level of workmanshipReport any defects or inconsistencies in materials or processes to supervisorsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product qualityAdhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaPay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
