Overview: The Freight Forwarder is responsible for managing air export shipments, ensuring proper documentation, scheduling, and clear communication with customers and service providers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air export shipments, including scheduling and managing transportation.
• Prepare and process required customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Air freight experience is highly desirable.
