Job Purpose

The position of Wholesale Customer Service Representative serves to oversee, plan, and implement sales and product development programs targeted toward existing and future sales, with an emphasis on wholesale wine and beverage sales. Support for community events may be part of the responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two years of prior sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales performance
  • Experienced in setting sales goals
  • Exceptional people skills including the ability to network and socialize with potential and current clients
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks & projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Identify and be the point of contact for new and existing wholesale clients
  • Achieve Company sales goals and objectives
  • Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues or respond to questions
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
  • Help expand current product offerings into new markets or locations
  • Maintain an open line of communication across all departments
  • Review and identify customer inquiry key trends and client challenges and present recommendations to improve the customer experience

General:

  • Represent Folino Estate in various events and exhibitions
  • Provide high quality service to all clients
  • Attend all department meetings as needed
  • Develop relationships with external customers to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to make deliveries in personal vehicle

Administrative:

  • Maintain a report of sales by established key performance indicators
  • Provide monthly summary reports on leads and assigned performance indicators

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meets or exceeds all sales goals
  • Increases sales of products based on tracking of new leads and comparison to previous year's sales
  • Identifies at least two new products or sales enhancements
  • Is a strong team player and can work across all departments
  • Completes required reports and paperwork on time and with accuracy
  • Establishes and maintains important relationships with the community and clients
  • Demonstrates creativity and ownership of the job
