As the Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management, you'll be an integral part of our treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups, from adolescents to geriatrics. Working under the guidance of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you'll create a therapeutic environment fostering patient support and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting performance improvement activities daily and ensuring that action is taken as needed and as authorized by organization policies and procedures.
- Receive and review department/service performance measures and documentation to evaluate performance improvement activities and coordinate daily, monthly, and annual reports of findings to the Quality Council, Medical Executive Committee, and Board.
- Maintain records of performance improvement measures and statistical tools used to describe studies performed or the methodology.
- Advise and assist all departments/services and committees accountable for performance improvement activities.
- Prepares, coordinates, and documents PI meetings.
- Maintain a record of all completed reviews, evaluations, and process improvement team activities.
- Review all incident reports, patient/physician surveys, and patient complaints to determine the presence or absence of patterns and/or trends or opportunities for improvement in patient care outcomes, as well as the appropriateness of corrective action.
Your Experience Matters:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Nursing or a health-related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting involving quality improvement preferred.
- Additional Requirements: Licensed to practice nursing or mental health related field in the State of Georgia preferred. Computers skills involving knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, and business writing.

Compensation: This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management!
