The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work with a partner (clinician) in a combination of on-site and remote with travel to client's homes required. This position covers Saratoga County.Responsibilities:Develop treatment plans with families to help identify and meet their goals.Develop a psychosocial assessment.
