Site Manager for an 8 building, 53-Unit Town Homes in Makakilo

We are seeking an experienced hands-on professional to maintain and enhance the beauty and operations of our property. Primary responsibilities of the Site Manager include maintaining common areas of the property, overseeing contracted services, and maintaining related documentation.
Qualifications include general maintenance skills and knowledge, effective communication skills, basic organizational and administrative skills, sound judgement and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with little supervision. Previous experience as a Site, Resident or Property Manager preferred.
We may be flexible in considering candidates with a desired schedule of 30-40 hours/week and a minimum of 4 days/week between Monday and Saturday. Compensation depending on experience. Benefits include medical, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
