Senior Payroll Consultant

We are assisting a non-profit organization in their search for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to support their transition of the Payroll function in-house. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong background in multi-state payroll, payroll tax reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of ADP WFN for in-house payroll processing.
2. Ensure compliance with state payroll tax regulations and requirements across multiple states.
3. Set up payroll systems and processes to effectively manage payroll operations.
4. Provide guidance on payroll tax reporting and compliance best practices.
5. Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance payroll functions as the role evolves.

Requirements:

1. Manager or Director level experience in payroll consulting preferred.
2. Proven expertise in multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.
3. Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred.
