About the Company:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support / Desktop Deployment Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Computer Science or Information Systems, with 3+ years of relevant work experience. This role requires proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.


The candidate must have hands-on experience with imaging Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM. Help Desk experience and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Team Dynamix, Fresh Service, and Spiceworks are essential. IT certifications such as MD-102, AZ-900, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus. Previous purchasing/ design experience in Events and Tradeshows preferred.


About the Role:

Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Deploy and image Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM. Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory and Intune environments. Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and system management. Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner using systems such as Team Dynamix, Fresh Service, and Spiceworks. Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. Configure and support IOS, Android mobile devices and phones. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in desktop support and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with imaging Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM.
  • Help Desk experience and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Team Dynamix, Fresh Service, and Spiceworks.
