The ideal candidate is a proven passionate payroll professional that enjoys working collaboratively across functional teams and global teams. This role is pivotal in managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll while continuously identifying areas for process improvement. • Workday HCM Implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of the Workday HCM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define payroll requirements, support testing, and ensure an accurate integration into ADP.
  • System Management: Manage and maintain payroll systems, including the implementation of software updates, configuration changes, and integrations with other HR and finance systems.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll processing. Provide training to team members and other stakeholders on payroll policies and procedures.
  • Audit and Control: Prepare and maintain accurate records for internal and external audits, and assist with compliance audits as needed. Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
