Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of sales reps, ensuring sales targets are met.
2. Provide exceptional customer service.
3. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
4. Continuously develop and strengthen key relationships.
5. Utilize a solution approach to selling and create value for clients.
6. Manage and record activity through CRM.
7. Exceed established business revenue targets.

We're On The Look-Out For:

1. Roofing or similar industry-related experience preferred.
2. Ability to work effectively with a dynamic range of people.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff.
4. A proven track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated territory.
5. A proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
