Objective: The Account Director / Client Partner is accountable and responsible for driving portfolio growth & Customer satisfaction.

- Driving account growth
- Drive business development and sales results in assigned accounts.
- Manage P&L - proven success of managing a P&L of more than $10+ million!
- Consultative selling approach to expand business.
- Experience in managing a book of business, and hunting & farming for future businesses.
- SPOC for the customer delivery and escalation point
- Take active part in Pre-Sales and drive Account growth.
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Manufacturing domain – required.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
