A Huntington Bay Commercial Construction company is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in diverse commercial markets. Project Manager Duties:
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working on projects valued up to $20M is preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
