We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Cincinnati office as an Accounting Software Consultant (Manager).
Our Software Consulting group is a highly sought-after resource among Blue clients. They come to us with needs for accounting system upgrades, implementations, evaluations, and troubleshooting. We focus on QuickBooks but possess capabilities across many software tools.
As an Accounting Software Consultant , you will work directly with clients to solve problems and make recommendations regarding accounting-related software. Engagements can include software system evaluations and recommendations, system implementations and conversions, workflow analysis, system testing, data conversions, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of QuickBooks, familiarity with QuickBooks add-on software systems, and a thorough knowledge of accounting system process flows (standard cost knowledge is a plus)
- Have experience with multiple accounting software applications, which utilize inventory, and accounting software conversions
- Proficient with researching and testing of potential accounting software applications
- Accounting experience with multiple industries, or deep experience in manufacturing
- Desire to continually learn new software applications and can effectively train others
- Desire to travel and work on clients' sites as needed
- Passion for helping clients choose best solutions
- 5+ years experience working with or consulting on accounting software solutions.
