Located throughout Downtown Chicago , these restaurants have exceptionally curated cocktail programs tailored to their overall themes. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base, 15% bonus program, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, and more!
Divisional Beverage Director Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience
- 2 years of beverage director experience in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH system
- Sommelier and/or Cicerone certifications highly preferred
Divisional Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage multiple operations
- Conduct comprehensive training with all levels of beverage teams
- Continued development of vendor relationships
- Ability to travel and have schedule flexibility (including late nights and weekends)
