About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead digital marketing and integrated campaign strategies. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven, localized marketing efforts and collaborate closely with sales teams to align strategies with revenue goals.
- Leading the creation of localized marketing strategies, optimizing based on performance data and market insights.
- Designing and implementing integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels.
- Leading the ABM strategy and collaboration with sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.
- Using marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend.
- Owning the regional event strategy - planning, execution, and analysis.
- Collaborating with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging and execution.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing marketing team proficient in digital marketing and integrated strategies.
Requirements: 8-15 years of field marketing experience, proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, excellent analytical skills, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while delivering results.
