What You'll Do:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our Ford Accessory Division, building relationships with franchised dealerships in your territory. Your mission will be to boost accessory sales by implementing innovative sales strategies and training dealership staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with dealership management to maximize accessory sales and profits.
  • Develop and communicate monthly objectives to achieve targets set by Ford.
  • Travel to dealerships within your territory to foster strong relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and create engaging programs to meet customer needs.
  • Host training sessions to ensure dealership staff are knowledgeable about our products.
  • Provide clear communication regarding objectives, new products, and performance recaps.
What You'll Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
