The Role: Commercial Mortgage Broker
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker with VerdadCRES , you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:
- Current NMLS License or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment
- Documented book of business and mortgage origination success (preferred)
- Competency in financial aspects of commercial property analysis.
- Proficiency in mortgage research, analysis, and underwriting.
- Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or relevant field experience.
- Exceptional communication skills for advising clients and lending partners on mortgage strategies.
